To place an order, simply follow the steps below for a seamless ordering experience:
1. Select the item you wish to place an order for (If stitching will be needed, be sure to add stitching options)
2. Add the item to your shopping cart.
3. Click on your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout.
4. Enter your billing & shipping details and any applicable coupon codes.
5. Select your method of payment - credit card details will be entered on the same page while those paying with paypal will be redirected to the paypal website to complete the order.
6. Woohoo! You've successfully placed an order. You will be able to view your order # and order details on the final screen. You'll also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided by you at checkout.
The processing time required to get each product ready for dispatch is listed on the respective product page. An additional 4 days are required for items ordered with custom stitching. 5 – 6 business days will be required to dispatch the item.
Styliaa only work with premier carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex and many more. Your order will be dispatched through one of these premier couriers. You'll also be receiving a tracking number in your shipment confirmation e-mail so you may also keep track on your order status.
To cancel an order, please mail us at info@styliaa.com IMMEDITATELY (within 24 hours) of order placement to cancel your order for a full refund. Please note that order cancellations requested after a 24 hour timeframe will incur a 10% processing and handling charges fee as all orders do go into processing after this time frame.
No, you do not need to make an account to shop with us. However, registering an account with us allows for a faster checkout and personalized recommendations catered to your style. You'll also be able to view the current, real-time status of your order within your Styliaa account. When checking out as a Guest, we'll always give you the option to register your account in-case you change your mind.
Semi Stitched dresses are where the neck is complete along with the body and arms of the dress. However, the arms and sides remain unsewn so that you can tailor the dress to your shape and size from 32–44 bust size. The trousers will need full stitching. Scarf comes with the dress.
