We do not accept any liability for damage caused to software or computer hardware that may be caused from downloading any information or images from this site. All goods remain the property of STYLIAA ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD. until paid for in full.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email, detailing the products you have ordered. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions, and except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.


We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.
You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:

PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “order”) by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can Ship any Product. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for dispatch.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an order dispatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is dispatched.

PAYMENT

All transactions on this website are processed using PayPal. We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Solo and Paypal Express. All transactions are shown in INR/POUND/DOLLAR & Other Majorly accepted currencies. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in INR/POUND/DOLLAR & Other Majorly accepted currencies. All prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packaging, which will be added at the rates specified during the checkout process.
It is very important that you note that the billing address you state upon checkout is an exact match of the address to which the card you are paying with is registered to. Fraud checks are set to halt any orders that fail to comply with this requirement.


DELIVERY

We make each garment to order, and our aim is to deliver your purchase to you within seven days of receiving your order, residents outside the INDIA please allow up to 14 days. We will email you when your order has been dispatched (Best available courier company) Please note that all deliveries must be signed for on arrival. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any delivery problems which occur from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have Strict No Returns No Refunds policy due to the nature of business we carry. For any queries related to Returns, Customers has to notify us within 48 hours of date of delivery. We must however consider if its defective in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Please ensure that when trying on an item, it is kept free of marks or scents such as from cigarettes, cosmetics, deodorant, food, perfume.
Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items which we deem unfit for resale.
If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods; for example DHL/FEDEX. We do not pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost.
To return or exchange goods please contact us at info@styliaa.com. Returns requests are required to be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Sale returns requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of order. Exchange requests are required to be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

MADE-TO-MEASURE

While utmost care is taken to ensure that the items are stitched as per measurements provided, there can still be be some chances of errors & omissions. All stitched items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend you to choose the size by referring to our Size Chart while placing your order. You can either make an appointment for a fitting or send us your measurements on info@styliaa.com. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any fittings problems which occur from incorrect measurements supplied by you. We cannot offer refunds nor exchanges its the FINAL SALE that have been bought under our made-to-measure service.

RISK OF LOSS

Any items you purchase from Styliaa will be shipped  “FOB origin” . In other words, as a Purchaser/customer, you shall take responsibility for the items, including loss or damage to them once Styliaa delivers possession of the purchased items to the shipping company.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Styliaa attempts to be accurate with its product descriptions. However, Styliaa shall not be responsible for product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, reliable or error free. Slight color variation of outfits is possible due to camera effects.

All items under ‘Inspired Couture’ category are master copies. Slight variations are possible. Images shown are only for reference purposes. Actual images of most of the products are uploaded. We also recommend you to read the product details mentioned below each product carefully.

 


CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, orders cannot be cancelled as they are under processing stage. By making a purchase, you agree that you cannot cancel the order after 24 hours. If any item is unavailable under any circumstances after the customer has placed the order, we would happily refund for that particular product. All cancellations will be in the form of store credit after deduction of 10% processing and handling charges.



COLOR & DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER 

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. 

While utmost efforts  has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. 

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received. 

It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor. 

 While ordering online, Customer should know certain things 

  • Red, Maroon and Orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors 

  • Many a times Green and Blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with Offwhite, White and Cream colors. 

  • Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua Blue and the other way around. 

  • Some fabrics like Rawsilk, Khadisilk, Cottonsilk, Southcotton, Brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics 

  • Beads and Sequences Missing or Coming off  We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might lose some of them.
